I hope you all are having a lovely day. I wanted to share a couple of simple recipes while I am away.
Sauteed Spinach
4 slices bacon, cut up
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped onions
olive oil (if needed)
3 bags of spinach
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook bacon until done but not crunchy. Add onions and garlic cook on medium meat for approx 5 to 7 minutes. (add 1/2 teaspoon olive oil if needed). Add the 3 bags of spinach and cook until wilted (do not over cook) Add salt and pepper to taste. This is my husbands favorite dish.
