Today I made Pumpkin Bread I doubled the recipe to make one plain and the other with mini chocolate chips. Bill and Anna liked the plain the best.
Banana Bread
Ingredients
1/2 cup salad oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup water
1 cup canned Libby's pumpkin
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinammon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup pecans chopped, optional
1 1/2 cups sugar

3/4 cup Mini chocolate chips, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, water and pumpkin in large bowl. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder,cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, blending well. Add nuts chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hoours. Cool in pan on wire rack.

D is for Doll Head
Bill's Uncle use to go to the dump to find dolls and take their heads off and place them on his
fense around his property. Bill found this doll head and put it up on a tree on our driveway.
