Here is a fast and easy candy recipe and you might even have all the ingredients on hand in your pantry. I make these candies every year for Christmas and are a family favorite.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy
Approx 3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 12 oz bag Semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
Place 3 to 4 marshmallows in mini muffin cups (1 3/4"). Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted and smooth, remove from heat. Spoon into marshmallow muffin cups, sprinkle with Holiday jimmies if desired, place in refrigerator to set. Makes approx 48 pieces of candy. Store in refrigerator.
Fill a coffee cup with the candies add a pound of coffee and you have a wonderful gift for family and friends.

Yesterday I had a wonderful surprise a doe with her twins was in my backyard. Excuse the railing I was trying to get take the photo before mom and the twins took off. I think it's time to buy some deer feed so they keep coming back.
